Our Philosophy

We build sleep support around who your child is, not who society expects them to be.

Standard sleep training often fails neurodivergent children because it ignores sensory processing, communication differences, and anxiety. My approach is attachment-informed and never forces rigid generic schedules.

As a Registered Social Worker with pediatric sleep training and coursework in neurodivergent sleep, I help you understand your child's 'why' while prioritizing co-regulation and caregiver capacity.

  • Managing bedtime resistance and anxiety
  • Addressing sensory needs and comfort
  • Strategies for night wakes and early rising
  • Support for transitions and predictability
  • And much more!

Professional Scope

Social Work services (RSW) are often covered by extended health benefits. Please note that sleep consulting is educational and supportive; it does not replace medical assessment, diagnosis, or treatment. We encourage families to consult with physicians or regulated healthcare professionals to ensure all medical needs are met and assessed for your child's health.

We look deeply at your child’s sensory landscape—the humming radiator, the weight of their duvet, or the specific way they need to move before settling. Whether it is adjusting lighting, finding the right pajamas, or creating the predictability your child craves, we honor their nervous system.

What support looks like: We begin with a thorough assessment, followed by individualized recommendations. From there, we work together on implementation and make ongoing adjustments, ensuring the support evolves as your child does and always fits who they are.
