Hi, I'm your gentle guide to restful nights.
If sleep has been feeling overwhelming, confusing, or heavier than you expected—you are not alone. Many parents find themselves here after trying everything, wondering what they're missing. You are not missing anything. Some babies simply need more support.
Your Story
I’m the founder of Hush and Bloom Sleep Consulting, and this work became deeply personal to me after my second child was born.
With my first, I struggled through multiple night wakings, breastfeeding to sleep, a baby who wouldn’t sleep in her crib, only contact naps. I was barely sleeping myself and often felt overwhelmed, unsure, and exhausted.
When my second arrived, I hoped for a different experience, but she faced her own challenges with reflux and CMPA. Navigating those challenges with her, on top of my first experience, showed me just how complex and emotional infant and toddler sleep can be.
My journey with both my girls allows me truly understand and relate to what so many parents are going through.
As I searched for support, I found that much of the advice available didn't align with my values. I explored several pediatric sleep consulting certifications and chose Little Dandelion Sleep Consulting because it reflected a more responsive, attachment-focused approach.
Around the same time, I spent a lot of time in online parenting spaces and saw how much misinformation and pressure exists around sleep.
I created Hush & Bloom to offer something different—support that is evidence-based, holistic, and rooted in understanding each child as an individual.
Support that feels calm, responsive, and never forces families into rigid plans.
My Philosophy
I believe every family deserves a path to rest that feels natural, supported, and respectful. My approach is rooted in the science of sleep and the power of connection. We do not just look at schedules; we look at the whole child, their environment, and the unique bond you share. Sleep is not a skill to be forced, but a state of safety that we cultivate together with patience and understanding.
At Hush and Bloom, I believe:
Sleep is not a skill to force.
Babies and children need co-regulation before independence.
There is no "right" way—only what works for your child.
Rest improves when children feel safe, connected, and supported.
Parents deserve guidance that feels calm, not overwhelming.
This means we move gently, respond with intention, and support your child in a way that feels safe for both of you.
